Dr. Judy Liu
Dr Judy Liu has always had a great interest in health, science and technology, and teaching, and this is reflected in her education and career pathway.
After graduating from high school, Judy studied Bachelor of Science at the University of Sydney, majoring in physiology and neuroscience. This was followed by her second degree, Bachelor of Dentistry at the University of Sydney.
Dr Judy Liu began teaching high school students during her university years, and now teaches at the University of Sydney as a Clinical Tutor for dental students. She has also had experience as a dental assistant, pharmacy assistant and medical receptionist. She worked in several different dental practices to increase her experience and in 2017 opened her own family focused dental practice in Chatswood.
Continual Professional Development
Dr Judy Liu has continued to develop her dental skills and knowledge by attending numerous professional courses including Invisalign, Osstem implant courses, and Orthodontic courses. She previously travelled to Romania on a volunteer program to provide dental services to orphanages.
Life Outside Dentistry
Dr Judy Liu loves spending time with her family and friends, whether it be playing with her nieces or exploring new eateries with them. She also enjoys playing the guzheng and improving her photography skills.
Debby has always had a great interest in family health care.
Qualifications & Career Path
After graduating from high school, Debby studied Bachelor of Pharmacy at the University of Sydney. She then worked in community pharmacies, medical centres and even dental assisted for Judy. Debby discovered she had a lot of fun working with Judy and really enjoyed management and supportive roles in her career path. It is with great delight that she now works closely with her sister, Judy.
Life Outside Work
Debby enjoys spending time with her family, including cooking with her husband and going to the park with her 2 year old daughter. Debby is on the lookout for new hobbies and has her eye on crocheting – maybe one day she will be able to make her family some clothes!
Justina is currently studying speech pathology at university. As a dental assistant, she likes helping people to have enjoyable experiences at the dentist. In her spare time, she likes hand lettering and playing piano.
